As an independent small business ran solely by myself from home I have tried my very best to continue running everything as normal as I have zero contact with the public. Unfortunately, as the COVID-19 situation progresses it is coming more difficult to maintain normality.
Two of my main suppliers have ceased production/delivery with immediate effect. Unfortunately this will have an impact on a handful of outstanding order as I am awaiting 2 large deliveries from them both. However, the health and safety of the UK is more important.
I currently have around 70 outstanding orders which I hope the majority of I will still be able to complete and post as at present Royal Mail remain open. Please bare with me while I sort through these orders, complete all the ones that I'm able to and contact those that will be effected.
I'm only 1 person running this part time alongside my main job so please be patient with me. I am trying my very best and promise to be in touch with all of you effected.
This is such a difficult time of uncertainty for everyone at the minute and my heart is with all of those suffering from this pandemic. I wish everyone and their families well. Please, listen to the official advice and stay home where able.

Each order is individually designed and cut in house and printed by hand which does take time to ensure quality is maintained. Due to the demand for our personalised items our turn around time is always changing. Our current turn around time is always displayed at the top of our website. Please ensure you take this into account before ordering. Turn around time is the estimated time for your product to be dispatched and does not include additional postage time. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and sent by tracked and recorded delivery. We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. If you have received a dispatch confirmation email and would like tracking details for your order please contact us and we will be more than happy to supply this.
We always try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible however there may be the odd occasion where we may have to go over our turn around time. For example, awaiting stock from suppliers. If this is the case you will be notified and a refund will be offered if the delay means the item is no longer required. We can only apologise for this and try our very best to avoid delays.
At checkout we do provide a special instructions box. This box can be used for any specific design requests or if ordering for a specific date. For example, if ordering birthday pjs you could specify in this box the date you need them before. If this date is earlier than our current turn around time please ensure you contact us prior to placing your order to confirm we are able to accommodate your order. It is important to contact us prior as we will not look at this box until it comes to starting your order which in busy periods could be 2-3 weeks after your order is placed.
Unfortunately, if you place an order which is required earlier than our current turn around time and don't make prior contact with us requesting an earlier date we will be unable to refund you if we have made a start on your order.
For unpersonalised orders your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. If however your order contains somethings personalised your whole order will be dispatched according to current turn around time for personalised orders.
Please ensure you check you have provided the correct shipping details including door number, street name and postcode within the shipping details section, Failure to do so could result in your order being posted but Royal Mail being unable to deliver. In this instance, you would have to wait until Royal Mail returned the parcel back to us. We would then repost back out with the correct details. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds in instances where you have provided the incorrect shipping details.
