This website is managed by Mini Me & You and is a platform powered by GoDaddy. By making a purchase through www.minimeandyou.com you are agreeing to our service and fully accept the following terms and conditions as well as our shipping terms and conditions. 

Privacy

We take data protection seriously here at Mini Me & You and can assure you that all personal information supplied at checkout is used solely for the purpose of your order. Your information will never be passed on to third party organisations and is stored safely under password protection.


By sending us a picture of your child wearing our clothing you are giving consent for us to use that photo on our website (www.minimeandyou.com) and social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). Any photos sent will be used solely for the purpose of advertising our products. If you send us a photo which we decide to use but then at a later date you decide you would like the photo removed from all of our platforms please get in touch and we will be happy to take the photo down. 


All photos used on our platforms have been captured by us or by our customers who have given consent for us to use them and show products by Mini Me & You.  It is not permitted for any image to be copied from our website.

Payment

Mini Me & You currently accepts two payment methods. Paypal payments are fully managed by PayPal and card payments are managed through Squareup International Ltd.  Both of these companies offer quick, simple but more importantly safe and secure transactions. No payment data is ever given to Mini Me & You. 

Refunds/Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any custom or personalised order unless however we have made a mistake on our behalf or in the unlikely event the product arrives to you faulty. Please ensure you supply the right personalisation details and ensure all spelling is correct when ordering as we will print exactly what is received on your order. Personalised items tend to be true to size but if they are a smaller fit we will state this in the product description. We can NOT offer refunds or replacements for custom or personalised orders which do not fit so please ensure you check product descriptions or seek further information from us before ordering if you have any queries. 

We  will always be happy to help in any way we can. 


Anything without a vinyl design or that isn't personalised can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order ONLY IF the item is unworn, tags intact and in original packaging. Please note that you will only be refunded for the item cost and not for the original postage paid.  If you wish to return an item please get in touch via email or via our social media platforms and we will respond within 48 hours. We will only refund once item is received back and has been checked.
